This panel will discuss questions relating to structuring and tooling a formal women’s ministry area within the local church, including: What are the essential elements of an effective women’s ministry? What are some of the best designs for women’s ministry within varying local church contexts? How can women’s ministries effectively cultivate multi-generational fellowship? What are some keys to developing solid leadership for this ministry area?
